Talking & Balling – We Create Our Own Happiness
Talking & Balling is a powerful youth engagement experience that blends conversation, connection, and basketball. This session focuses on helping youth understand that happiness does not depend on circumstances — it is something we create through mindset, choices, and personal growth. Through open dialogue and teamwork on the court, participants explore what joy looks like in their lives, how to protect their peace, and how to build happiness from within.
